These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with USBoxPrinting.com
USBoxPrinting.com will cancel your order prior to printing. However, if your ordered item has been shipped then it cannot be cancelled. Orders may be cancelable during the various production stages but cancellation charges will apply. Our Customer Service Department will inform you of any cancellation charges.
All orders move through 4 stages at USBoxPrinting. Below are the stages
1) Order is placed and Order confirmation is sent to customer.
2) Design work has been started and proofs sent to customer.
3) Artwork approved by customer and order sent to the press.
4) Order produced and collect by the shipping firm and shipped.
All orders are cancelable before stage 2. If customer request to cancel order at stage 1, No cancellation charges will be charged. For orders cancelled in stage 2, 10% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department's charges. After an order enters stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order but we cannot guarantee order cancellation. However, if the order is still in stage 3, and the user wants to have it cancelled, 45% of the total order amount is deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 4, it cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As all orders are unique, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.
The customer must notify USBoxprinting.com within 3 business days of order acceptance of any defects discovered in the ordered product. Damaged or opened cartons must be checked on delivery.
